House of Leng NEVER disappoints. It's probably my favorite place to go for celebrations and surprise lunches alike-- the food is unbeatable, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Seating is nice, you feel like you're just at a table with your party although it's full up pretty frequently. Always clean, the design and decor is gorgeous and flows easily. Makes for a really nice experience. Staff are wonderful, always helpful and patient. I always look forward to going!

I really like this place it's in the perfect spot. You can literally smell the place before you get in. It's a great smell to. The prices are as they should be and the food is great and very fulfilling big portions of food but I love that. If you've never been you need to try it.

We went to House of Leng last Saturday. We were a party of four, and arrived around 7:15. We were seated fairly quickly. And then we waited...and waited...and waited for a waiter to come to our table. It was at least 20 minutes before he arrived and took drink orders. 15 minutes after that, we got our drinks and he took food orders. While waiting for our food, we placed another drink order. One of us had to finally track down the waiter to remind him to bring our drinks (four bottles of beer, not too complicated). It probably took 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive, and then they forgot several dishes. The place was crowded when we arrived, but it cleared out fairly quickly. The management really needs to properly staff for a Saturday night, so that people aren't kept waiting, and orders are filled properly.

Food is great, we have visited for years. However since I work across the street and order lettuce wraps for pick up, when they say it will be ready in 15 min, you expect a simple order to be available. This was after 2pm, after the lunch rush, three tables of customers and the rest of the place was empty. I came 30 minutes after I called, I expecting it to be at the counter but no...not ready yet. After waiting 45 minutes since I called in my order, I asked for someone to check on my order, there were 3 employees waiting around in the front... next thing I know it's coming out and it's hot. So that tells me someone forgot to put my order in and they just put it together as I was standing there for the last 15 min. Service is slipping and the one on mallard creek is smaller and better service.

Normally house of leng is usually pretty good. Today however I was very disappointed in my meal today. I ordered a lunch orange chicken online. My food was supposed to be ready by 1:25pm. I waited an extra 20 minutes for my food. Then when I got home to eat it the chicken was hard, over cooked and inedible. It’s almost like they precooked then reheated the chicken. I more than likely will not be back.
